From Street to Strategy is a leadership and empowerment program for formerly incarcerated and system-impacted individuals ready to turn lived experience into visionary leadership. Through mentorship, skills training, and access to tools and capital, participants gain the support they need to launch businesses, organize community initiatives, and build sustainable futures. This program honors the brilliance and resilience often excluded from traditional pathways and instead creates space for transformation through strategy, not survival.

    This program equips formerly incarcerated and system-impacted individuals with the skills, mentorship, and resources to lead, launch businesses, and build community-rooted initiatives. Participants receive support through coaching, digital tools, and microgrants to turn lived experience into strategic action. By investing in those often excluded from traditional leadership paths, the program shifts narratives from survival to transformation—empowering people to rebuild futures on their own terms.
